"Mrs. Grace Elizabeth Giessler, 69, lifetime resident of WillshireTownship, died at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Parkview Hospital at Fort Wane,Ind. She had been in failing health for seven months.
"Mrs. Giessler was a daughter of the late Melvin and Mary Ellen (Woods)Tope, and was born September 29, 1884, a half mile north of Wren.
Surviving are her husband Martin; two daughters, Mrs. George Reynolds andMrs. Richard Dellinger both of Fort Wayne; a son Carl Giessler ofWillshire, two step daughters, Mrs. Ed Hall of Lima and Mrs. AustinFitzgerald of Cassopolis, Mich., a stepson, John of Long Beach, Calif.; asister, Mrs. Clarence Fegley of Rockford, a brother, Groce Tope ofDecatur, Ind., and five grandchildren.
"Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in St. Paul's Evangelicaland Reformed Church in Harrison Township of which she was a member, Rev.Paul H. Garver will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
"Friends may call at the Cowan and Son Funeral Home after 7:30 p.m.today and Monday noon and at the church after 12:30 p.m."
