Floyd was a Private in WWII. He also was in the Military Police in France, and participated in the African, Sicilian, and Italian Campaigns. He was also a Golden Glove Champion in 1939? in Austin, Minnesota, and also boxed in the military.

Note: Fred served in WWII as a Machinist's Mate 3rd Class. He was aboard the USS Vestad on April 6, 1945.
Fred and Shiela were married till Sweetie was about 17, and they had met a couple to party with. Shiela started sleeping with the guy (Burk) and Fred took up with and later married his (Burk's) wife. Shiela and Burk split up and Sweetie started going with him (Burk) and they got married and are still married. All now live about 2 blocks from each other and still party!
